This post is a collection of all noted bugs.

If you find any bugs, post them here, or in a seperate thread. We would really appreciate if you add the following in every bug report:
  • Build number (top left of your screen)
  • A screenshot of the exact error message or error, if possible
  • An explenation how to reproduce this bug. The more detailed it is, the better we can reproduce and fix it


List of open Bugs
• Next research point timer not running (report)
• Error when inviting a player a second time in a guild (report)
• Sound control not working. After reload everything is okay (report)
• Production tooltip missing translation
• Guild invite from more than one guild leads to problems
• Production text says "Moneylimit per hour"
• Power station production texts contain placeholders (report)
• In player profile, rank and points are switched (report)

• Wrong members displayed in guild member list

after geting some security popups on windows 10 and returning to browser i guess it lost context

another bug , when tried to open chat , while outpost with lvl 0 (chemical factory newton 1975) were selected. You are not cleaning textures right :D :

hi wollte mal hier nachfragen da ich auf arbeit immer kein chat sehen kann was ist denn jetzt mit dem minus in allen aussenposten wird da was gemacht? oder ist das etwa normal?

version 1.21.0 Browser version

My "Personal chat rooms" is missing the Guild Chat. I am in a guild.
I might have deleted it accidentally when I deleted a friend's chat.

How do I restore my Guild Chat? I tried dragging the guild name - that didn't work.

Did you try to delete the browser cache?
Which platform are you playing on? iOS, Android, PC?

Please contact us also by using the support form out of the game. Upper right corner -> Headphone-Icon.
So we will get more information.

I have completed every building to its highest level. There are no unused building slots.
I cannot attain the Achievements/Level 9/Builder.
The score is 61/86 and the reward of 72.9M is unavailable.

There is a bug in Achievements. Transporters > Researcher > Level 9 6325/6409
all research has been done and every level has complete check marks on all spots.
Reward is nearly 10k of Terra.

Server: INCEPTUS

Bug: Game charged the Tritium early collection fee to collect productions that had already been completed.

Cost: 10 Tritium. (First time I wasn't completely paying attention. Second time I was verifying that what I thought had happened actually happened.)

Name on server: Was same as here but syncing it with Facebook changed it to Kyle Brandt.

Platform: Android Version 7.0

Edit to add platform.
